In the morning, Sen. Hillary Clinton voted for a motion to allow the advancement of legislation cutting off funding for the Iraq war.
At noontime, Sen. Clinton refused to state whether she would vote for the bill when it would ultimately up for passage.

When questioned about her take on the evolving nature of Sen. Clinton's position on the Iraq funding bill, Christy Setzer, campaign spokeswoman for Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-CT) stated "We're as confused as anyone on Senator Clinton's position.
